Application:



The diffuse photoelectric sensor with background suppression verifies USB sticks on a conveyor:

  ■ Advantages include a highly visible red light, which helps in aligning the sensor,
     as well as a long sensing range of 1.2 m. 
  ■ A very small grey shift value makes recognizing different colored objects in front
     of a background possible. 
  ■ Precise adjustment of background suppression with an 18-turn potentiometer, allowing
     for a wide range for adjustment.
